You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at contact@stillnight.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
We’ll provide return instructions once your request is approved.
Return Shipping
- UK orders: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- International orders: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
