Still Night is committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped with tracking. Delivery times and shipping costs depend on your location and are clearly outlined below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom
  • Selected international destinations(future)

If your country is not available at checkout, shipping to that location is not currently supported.


UK Shipping

  • Royal mail 48h: 2–3 business days
  • Royal Mail 24h: 1-2 buisness days.
  • Orders are shipped via trusted courier services
  • Tracking is provided on all UK orders

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier issues
  • Customs processing
  • High demand periods
  • Weather or unforeseen events

Still Night is not responsible for delays outside our control, but we’ll always assist where possible.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed deliveries due to incomplete or inaccurate address details

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, re-shipping costs will apply.


Lost or Missing Orders
